It’s a lovely day here at the farm for Earth Day 2024. We received four trees at the plant swap last weekend: two crabapples, one red maple, and one dogwood.

We planted the crabapple at the fire pit where it will provide some afternoon shade, and we planted the dogwood at the graveyard where it can provide some beautiful shade and interest
We will put the other crabapple and a maple tree by the farmhouse where we are removing some sick black walnut trees. We hope everyone is able to get out and enjoy the lovely weather!
